For Total Customers who want the highest degree of service and response, Total Technologies offers the TotalCare™ Select plan. TotalCare™ Select offers telephone support, web support, software updates, hardware replacement as well as on-site technical service.
TotalCare™ Select offers the following:

| A Technician will respond to your telephone request for normal service within one hour or your maintenance period will be extended at no charge. | ||
| Defective Hardware Replacement | ||
| Total Technologies will provide replacement for any part that malfunctions. If reported problem is not covered under warranty a service charge will apply. | ||
| 24 Hour Response to Emergencies | ||
| Total Technologies will provide emergency response to major system outages 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Guaranteed after hours response of two hours or your maintenance agreement will be extended at no charge. | ||
| Access to Software and Tools through Individual Customer Web Site | ||
| Access to a web site designed and maintained specifically for your organization is provided. There you will find latest upgrades, downloads, tools, and answers to frequently asked questions about your specific system. | ||

| Total Technologies will become your agent in working with your local telephone service provider. This insures a one contact solution in the areas of additional service and repairs. | ||

TotalCare™ Plus offers telephone support, web support, software updates, hardware replacement as well as on-site technical service.

We can help with issues from simple telephone programming to complete system wide problems. With this plan you only pay for the actual time you need to be in contact with a technician. And, if remote access is available, we can actually program your system or access your diagnostic log to provide a quicker solution.
