A Technician will respond to your telephone request for normal service within one hour or your maintenance period will be extended at no charge. | ||
Defective Hardware Replacement | ||
Total Technologies will provide replacement for any part that malfunctions. If reported problem is not covered under warranty a service charge will apply. | ||
24 Hour Response to Emergencies | ||
Total Technologies will provide emergency response to major system outages 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Guaranteed after hours response of two hours or your maintenance agreement will be extended at no charge. | ||
