Service
Our Primary Goal is to Provide You Fast Responsive Service.
To help us provide you this type of service, all records concerning your
system; installation records, programming records, and all service calls
performed are stored as a part of our computerized customer service data
base and can be called up at a moments notice for our technician on site.
We offer support via telephone, remote system support, as well as on-site service. Technical Support is offered during normal business hours (8 AM- 5 PM Central Time). Emergency Service is offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for our customers.
Service Response Times:
Routine service problems are handled within 24 hours of
your call. These are maintenance problems that are not business
threatening and not preventing incoming or outgoing calls to your business
Emergency Maintenance:
Emergency problems, in which your business is not
functioning incoming or outgoing calls are blocked, or your main answering
position is "down" are responded to within 2 Hours of your call and
normally within 60 minutes! Also by utilizing Remote diagnostic and
maintenance, many times a service call can be handled while you are still
on the phone.
