in a robust, modular 14-slot chassis, making it an excellent backbone
solution for any enterprise network. This modular solution gives you
tremendous flexibility—scaling from 8 to 96 Fast Ethernet ports and from
1 to 24 high-performance Gigabit Ethernet ports—and room for future
growth.
The 3Com Switch 4005 provides multimedia support with advanced switching features such as multiple per-port priority queues leveraging 802.1p-based Differentiated Services (DiffServ)*-based classification. Virtual LANs and 802.1Q VLAN tagging, standards-based multicast filtering, and four groups of RMON are also supported.
